The Fox and The Grapes

Once upon a time there lived a fox in a forest who loved food. One day, he was taking a stroll in the forest when he noticed a bunch of beautiful grapes hanging from a high branch. He started drooling seeing the juicy grapes. The fox jumped up towards the grapes but the grapes were too high for him. He tried jumping higher and higher but in vain.

He tried different ways to get a hold on the grapes but couldn’t reach it. He became so tired after all the efforts that was futile that he gave up. Finally while walking away disappointed, he said to himself “those grapes are probably sour. In fact I don’t like grapes” and he went back to his place.

Moral of the story:

Its is easy to despise what you cannot have.We should learn to deal with our disappointments with grace
